Job Responsibilities Description:

1. Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly live streaming e-commerce strategic plans and sales targets based on the overall business objectives of the company;
2. Responsible for budget formulation and cost control analysis of live streaming projects, ensuring the rationalization of input-output;
3. Lead the entire process of working with live streaming experts, including but not limited to theme planning, script writing, product selection and payment scheduling, discount mechanism design, live streaming preheating, on-site execution, data review, etc;
4. Manage and maintain the official account of the live broadcast platform (mainly Tiktok) to ensure content compliance and access to platform resources;
5. Real time monitoring of live streaming data, with on-site adaptability, able to adjust language and strategies in a timely manner to improve conversion;
6. Monitor and analyze core live streaming data (GMV, number of viewers, average duration of stay, conversion rate) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Based on data insights, conduct in-depth reviews of each live stream, identify problems, and propose practical optimization solutions to drive continuous business growth;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader;

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in marketing, e-commerce, media or related fields is preferred;
2. More than 3 years of experience in live streaming e-commerce operation and management, with experience in the food category. Priority will be given to those who have built a live streaming team from scratch or successfully operated live streaming projects with a scale of over one million.
3. Be deeply familiar with the rules and operation methods of mainstream live broadcast platforms such as Tiktok, and those with rich platform resources and talent resources are preferred;
