Job Responsibilities Description:

1. Responsible for the creative development and formula design of new products (pastries, cookies, frozen dough, etc.), ensuring that the new products meet market demand and the company's brand positioning;
2. Improve and innovate existing products, as well as prepare product process manuals to enhance product taste, appearance, and nutritional value, strengthen market competitiveness, and assist in handling product technical issues during the sales process;
3. Study the technical difficulties in the storage, transportation, thawing, and baking processes of frozen dough, and propose solutions;
4. Capable of independently completing new product development work, ensuring a smooth transition from research and development to launch of new products;
5. Develop production process standards, operating procedures, and quality control systems for frozen dough to ensure product compliance;
6. Develop a detailed experimental plan, including formula design, process optimization, etc., and ensure that all experiments are carried out in accordance with specifications. Record experimental data, analyze results, write research and development reports, and share research progress with team members;
7. Work closely with departments such as procurement and production to ensure the quality of raw materials and the smooth implementation of production processes;
8. Comply with food safety regulations and internal standard operating procedures to ensure the safety and compliance of products.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in food science or related fields;
2. More than 8 years of experience in the research and development of baking products (frozen dough, cookies, pastries), with successful cases preferred;
3. Familiar with the R&D process and possessing good R&D skills and knowledge;
4. Have good communication skills and teamwork awareness, as well as strong leadership and coordination abilities.
