• Officially launched in July.

• Launched the first outdoor advertising campaign, including tram advertisements and MTR station lightboxes, to boost brand awareness.
• Expanded internationally with the first exports to the Canadian market.
2018
• Opened the first Pop-up Store in Mongkok.
• Launched "Premium Butter Egg Rolls" and developed Western-style pastries: "Palmiers" and "Flari Cookies".
• Awarded the “2018 Hong Kong Emerging Brand”, marking a steady growth in brand influence.
2019
• Launched new series: “Memories by After Taste”, featuring 4 limited-edition products with hand-drawn illustrations reflecting Hong Kong's heritage.
• First International Brand Crossover: After Taste x Nakamura Tokichi — Matcha & Hojicha Egg Rolls.
2020

• First launch of the Mooncake Series: “Lava Custard Mooncake” & “Red Bean Mooncake with Matcha & Dried Citrus”
