Quality Manager
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in food related fields such as food science and engineering, food quality and safety, food testing, etc.
- More than eight years of experience in food quality management (including at least 2 years of managerial level management experience), possessing on-site quality management capabilities in workshops, basic abilities in food testing, and the ability to identify food quality and safety risks.
- Familiar with national laws and regulations, food industry policies, national food safety standards, as well as HACCP and FSSC22000 systems. Participated in the development and writing of HACCP and FSSC22000 system documents, with HACCP/ISO22000/FSSC22000 internal auditor certification.
- Honesty, integrity, diligence, loyalty to the enterprise, possessing professional quality in quality management, understanding and speaking Cantonese, and having experience in baking food are preferred.
Job Responsibilities Description:
- Responsible for the daily work management and personnel arrangement of the quality inspection department.
- Responsible for approving the use of raw materials and the release of finished products for shipment.
- Responsible for new product quality assessment, including shelf life verification.
- Responsible for process quality supervision and management, as well as external and internal audits of the company's management system, and overseeing the operation of the supervision system.
- Responsible for reviewing packaging labels.
