Yat Hing is a Hong Kong brand that founded by the founder Ms. LAM Mei Hing in 1981.
Adhering to a strong commitment to food quality and a philosophy of continuous improvement and excellence, Yat Hing has won the support and recognition of many customers and has occupied an important position in the food trading market.

In 1994, Yat Hing established a factory in Doumen, Zhuhai, focusing on the processing and production of bakery products and seasonings, laying a solid foundation as the “Egg rolls kingdom”. We upholds a persistent dedication to food safety and quality, strictly following the principle of "Conscientious Food" and constantly refining our business philosophy.

Yat Hing insists on selecting premium raw materials from both domestic and overseas sources. By consistently introducing world-class production equipment from Europe, the US, and China, the company remains at the forefront of healthy food technology. This dedication ensures the continuous delivery of high-grade, high-quality, and nutritious products to its customers.

Yat Hing currently operating two factories in Zhuhai, prioritizes quality above all else. In 2006, Yat Hing obtained the ISO9001 and HACCP certificates verified by the internationally renowned quality monitoring company SGS, and obtained FSSC22000 certificate in 2013.
